(verb) The act of nagging and bitching, and bitching and nagging on and on, typically about a non-issue. Most often displayed by curmudgeonly types.
Typically used by teens to describe a parent and by grown folk in referring to a partner or in-law. I've heard all but I only use it to describe my sisters in law.
