It gets you out of any promise or something you have just said; since you are an imperfect human that cannot grasp everything in everything you say, think & do.
... A word to define the state of uncertainty/complete certainty. You don't know what will happen in the future so no promise or thing can be certain; yet, maybe it's certain; you can't say for sure.
It perfects and/or uncertainifies your everything all at once.
