The courtesy honk you give a driver in front of you at a stoplight who isn't moving because he/she is distracted by texting or checking email

That guy isn't moving, give him a tonk; The jerk was checking his email so I tonked him to get him going; check out the tonker in front of us; you need to tonk him so we can get moving
