1) A Slow Norris is originally a childrenรขยยs television character that looked like a big bipedal confused bear that talked to a small girl about not very much at all!
2) A very very slow and probably stupid person!
3) Slow Norris will eternally be remembered by the Newcastle University Geography class of 2002 - 2005 as the slowest man on the planet. He was habitually late for lectures, seminars and exams and will probably be late for his own funeral. Was affectionately known as 'Nozzler'!
Its 35 minutes into an hour long lecture and the Slow Norris enters the room with a look that says "Whatรขยยs going on? Where am I? Why have they started?"

The Moomins are a bunch of tax dodging, work shy, hippo-like troll creatures from Finland. The word moomin is used to highlight or berate such people who, like the Moomins, consistantly avoid contributing to the welfare state!
"Look at that moomin getting his Giro!"

"I'm not giving you any 'bus-fare' you bloody moomin!"
