Flesh Fiddle

When someone puts a dick on their shoulder, much like a Fiddle, and plays the shaft with a Bow as if they were playing Fiddle in a folk band.

Sally: “My shoulder is sore from playing so much Flesh Fiddle tonight Farmer Joe!!”
Joe: “Well don’t you want to be apart of the band?!”
