21 game

A drinking game. Players count from 1 to 21, whoever calls out "21" is penalized to drink (take shots).

That player gets to add a new rule and then starts a new round.
The player starting the round indicates the direction of play.

Additional rules:
Skipping one number
Doubling a number and so on

Mistakes that can lead to Penalties:
Calling the forbidden number
Hesitation
Missing a turn
