trash picker

Someone who picks through your trash and sells it on ebay, at the flea market, or at the scrap metal yard.
Usually drives a 1970's-ish rusted out Dodge pickup truck. Their main form of income is usually from working at the carnival.

You can usually tell you've been hit, by the garbage strewn about your front yard.

Look at that ebayer picking through the trash... they're even eating it... wait... that's not an ebayer, that's a skunk... no wonder why I confused them... they both smell alike!
