When you used to have a good time drinking with someone and now the only thing they do is start espousing political rhetoric every time and you begin to realize that it's not fun to drink with them anymore.

One who gives off a creepy vibe. A lurch. A slimy kind of person that seems to be hanging around or looking at you when you least expect it. Some times dirty as well. Usually a male acting shmarmy toward a female.
