Someone in your friend group who lives super far and out of the way from every hang out. They never offer to pay for gas. They can get a licence but can't get one because they're too lazy or always forget to get their own for whatever reason. Yet they always expects their friends that can drive to pick them up whenever you get together.

Stevie is such a fucking spongebob, bro needs to get his license so that I dont have to pick him up everytime.
