surging sanders

When you come out of nowhere.

Shawn talked a lot of game about how long he lasts in bed, but after a minute and a half , he had a surging Sanders situation and fell asleep leaving me totally unsatisfied.

or

I was going down on him and he surged his Sanders in my eye and it hurt like hell.
