It is equal to f^10(10↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑10) or f(f(f(f(f(f(f(f(f(f(10↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑↑10)))))))))), where f is the function defined in First Order Theory beyond Higher Order Set Theory.
