Chocha neck

This is a hair trend for Puerto Rican males were they grow a thick curly patch on the back of their neck. Typically with an otherwise normal hair cut.

You- Hey, that kids hair looks like the hair above my girls chocha.

Me - yeah man, that's why it's called chocha neck
