A boy who plays with a girls feelings typically to get nudes, when said nudes are not given he generally lashes out at the girl making it seem like it's her fault he is mad. A boy who talks to several girls at a time while making them each feel like they are the only one.

Stephanie: OMG he's such a Fuck Boy: he's talking to Michelle and Sarah and Allie all at the same time!

Amanda: I bet he's trying to get nudes from them also!
