When a "slightly" overweight 8 year old boy named Jack(Jackson) defecates in his shorts with no underwear on, while trying to push out a fart.

While out with his family, Jackson pushed out a fart, but instead he pooped himself. "It was only a Jack-cident, buddy, his father told his sobbing son."
