An elementary school located in South Georgia. Also a name of a person, usually male; not to get mixed up with Huey. This person usually is a stud or masculine; usually calm, collective, and outgoing.

Girl: Hey you look familiar.

Boy: I think I went to Huie Elementary with you.

Girl: Wow! You look so different now, you're hot.
