TÃgglercûm is the Dark Lord who was defeated by Halfdanr ChÃnckustiðr II at the end of the War of Rifshifaðuræt. TÃgglercûm hated Chinkster, and was in support of splitting Chinkster and Goo apart. He founded Goootanam under the guise of the Goo Puritans' leader Rayaan Carpool, after they left the Chinkster Republic. After his defeat, his soul was imprisoned in the Depths of Koosh to face unending torment.
