Pank

A term used instead of the word "pussy", "baby" or "chicken" when describing a person who lacks; courage, strong sense of self, overly fearful or is a "whimp".
The acronym: P (pussy), A (ass), N (nerd), K (kid) is quite sufficient.

Tallen is such a pank! His girlfriend said he couldn't go out with the boys tonight! Now he's stuck watching "Beaches" with her and her mom again!

"I don't feel comfortable taking my mom's car. I don't want to get into trouble!" said Mason "DUDE, stop being a fucking PANK and grow some balls!"

chip

In reference to a sobriety chip that's given for sobriety milestones.

A certain period of time or a decent while of being sober of some addiction.

At next week's AA meetings I'll be getting my "1 year" chip.
