Buttfucking is said in a sentence where there should be a pause between the two words

Correct:
She told him 'that's what she said, yeah but, fucking I should of told her the truth.'

Ghetto incorrect:
She told him 'that's what she said, yeah buttfucking I should of told her the truth.'
