A slang term for a promiscuous woman. Commonly used by drunk bikers; the term "Joubert" reached the height of it's popularity in 2010 via online escort services catered to low income clientele.

We should go hit the bars in Oshkosh tonight. I've got an extra $10 set aside in case I need to find a Joubert.
