Depression comes different for everyone but mainly there are two way(there can be more but these are the main ones in my opinion) 1. Even when your happy you still feel a little sad itâs always just there or 2. You canât control your emotions or feel like you can control them. They just creep up on you making you feel forever sad and alone. There are many other ways however those are the main two in my opinion.
