Last night I had a full count, managed to get on base

Cigani

An undesirable. The type of individual who would smoke discarded cigarettes, generally smells like a a Staten Island landfill and has a low IQ. Poorly dressed, rarely showers.

You can’t go out like that, looking like a real Cigani.
