They were seen as little more than disorganised barbarians. Since they were wreckless and authority-resistant, the name was given to anyone displaying traits of vandalism.

MAR, as it likes to call itself is a rather farcial pro-equality site that discourages activity, and expects that racist metal bands will simply stop spreading their hatred out of the good of their hearts.

MAR has a member list mostly consisting of bands you've never heard of and will continue to ignore.
