Happs are used as a term to called certain extracurricular activities that involve entertainment, recreation, pleasure, and a lot of uncertainty activities along the way.

PLUG:don't worry I got HAPPS.
uncertainty: will there be bitches at ur HAPPS
PLUG: of course I got bitches at my HAPPS.
