Skibap

The process of hitting someone else on the back of their head using the palm of your hand. The person executing the skibap will usually yell 'skibap' before hitting the victim. Sometimes mixed up with the term skibop which is a complete other definition entirely.

Let's go and skibap Joshua and Tommy when their eating. I bet the back of their heads will get a bruise after this one...

A Northern Irish/Ulster slang term derivitive of the words 'quite' and 'very'.
Used to reference the size, quality etc. similar to how quite and very are used.

That there tractor has done a quer well job, boss.

A cool, flippant, uncommon way to say 'OK', 'I acknowledge', or 'It will be done'.

Baw

Northern Irish/Ulster

Shortened version of the word 'bother' when said relatively quickly.
Used much more commonly in response to gratitude.

Person1: Hey, thanks for the help moving that TV.
Person 2: No baw. (No bother. )

Craigavon Bathtub

Colloquialism of Northern Ireland, originating in the Craigavon area.

A makeshift firepit (or small bonfire) using old disposed household utilities. These include, but are not limited to: bathtubs, washing machine drums, barrel etc.

NB:- Fires ignited may be accomplished by any means, most notably with petrol/ gasoline and scrap wood.

Went down to the Meadows and saw a wee Craigavon Bathtub flickering away in the fog.

OR

C'mon, start up a Craigavon Bathtub with this here tumble-drier drum.

Hurb

The word 'Bruh' but backwards.

Often used as a creative alternative to saying the generally ubiquitous term 'Bruh' in replies.

Person 1: My cat just got shot by old man Jenkins.
Person 2: This is a certified hurb moment.
