(Pronounced roo-ga-roo) A word used to describe overly hairy or unkempt genital region on a person. Inspired by the cajun werewolf legend of the same name.

"She took her pants off and I was attacked by the rougarou!"
"I brought this guy home last night and the second he stripped down I realized he was a rougarou!"
