A pet name to call a someone who is shorter then you, to either make them laugh/smile or annoy them very much. This name is mainly to call your girlfriend or a close friend.

Guy: "Hey Lilz, how are you?"
Girl: "What did I say about calling me Lilz, it's getting annoying"
Guy: "Oh Sorry Lilz."
