Penelape is a type of boxfish that cause people to be very excited. The Penelape is a wonderful species and if very HOT.

A baller and very annoying person that only the people who wish to be like him are friends with him. Which is the worst, imagine being him, ugh. But some girls, such as a alara, or amara like him. hehe
