two people joined together at birth but later seperated

Brandi and Hailey were born siamease twins at birth and then was seperated. Brandi is no longer able to make correct decisions so Hailey has to make them all for her & also think for Brandi. Hailey thinks Brandi wants to go out with Keith =)
