The act of - a group of people to carry a male legs open and run towards a lamp-post, thereby smashing his genitalia into said post.

Gary to group of friends: "Lets go and grab Andy and post him!"

To double tug - annoyingly pull on a sleeve or trouser leg to gain another persons attention.

Small child tugs twice on fathers jacket sleeve and asks, "can I have some candy?"

Father replies: "Did you just double tug me?" Rather annoyed.
