Misspelling of "ebullient" :
(Shamelessly filched from "the free dictionary.com" definition)
e·bul·lient (Ä-boÍolâ²yÉnt, Ä-bÅlâ²-)
adj.
1. Zestfully enthusiastic.
2. Boiling or seeming to boil; bubbling.
Latin ÄbulliÄns, Äbullient-, present participle of ÄbullÄ«re, to bubble up : Ä-, ex-, up, out; see ex- + bullÄ«re, to bubble, boil.
e·bulâ²lient·ly adv.
Usage Note: Traditionally, ebullient is pronounced (Ä-bÅlâ²yÉnt), with a short u in the second syllable, as in gull. This is apparently still the preferred pronunciation in British English. In American English, the pronunciation (Ä-boÍolâ²yÉnt), with the second syllable like bull, is now equally common.
