When shit remnants left behind from wiping insufficiently combine with sweat and dead skin cells to form a grease like substance.

Greasy-ass: Damn! I've got a greasy ass! OR... Whew! My ass is greasier than hell. And... I need to go re-wipe, I've got a greasy ass.
