Preparing something so that it only has the finishing touches left. Derived from first planting seeds, watering the lawn and then, finally, cutting the grass.
When there is only 10% left of being complete, that part is the cutting of the grass.
1. I had gotten through nine out of ten questions on the test, I was ready to cut the grass.
2. So I took out the chords, fixed up my guitar, learnt the song, then I spent an hour cutting the grass to make it perfect!
3. She picked up milk and eggs at the store, I mixed the pancake batter, and then we both cut the grass.

A one-hander is when you only use one hand to open a soda can. This is accomplished by holding tight with the thumb and middle finger and pushing the tab up with the index finger.
1) - Man, have you learnt the one-hander?
- Yeah, learnt it yesterday.
2) One-hand that Coke.
3) You're the one-hander master?

Made popular by the Bloodhound Gang in the song with the same name, to do something magna cum nada is the direct opposite of magna cum laude (with great praise; with high honor). Instead of doing something good, you really mess things up.
It is used to describe when you pass something, but with the bare minimum. If you get 50% on a test when you need 50%, then you have finished the test magna cum nada.
1. I almost didn't pass my exam, I passed magna cum nada.
2. Man, this year has been so bad. I've really messed things up with my girlfriend, I've been magna cum nada.
3. So I was taking out the trash yesterday for the first time in like a month, and my Mom was saying "You really do stuff magna cum nada".
