It usually comes in shades of pink, purple, yellow, and sometimes blue. If it is a black-ish color stay away from it and immediately call the police even though you should that anyways.

The words it says are usually "OwO, UwU, Senpai, Nya," or anything that sounds horny enough
You can find the OwO cat boy always with Bad Boy Alpha Wolf also known as BBAW, if you see it without one it is either a new-born OwO cat or it had it's BBAW taken away from it.
