California Handy

An anonymous masturbatory service administered free of charge. A term derived from a suggestion that Californians live a freer life than most people, and are generally more upbeat and willing to grant sexual favors to complete strangers, for free, in order to spread their cheer. The term “handy” is short slang for “handjob.”
