Cursed (accursed); detestable.

“Maledictus” is the past participle of the Latin verb “malediciere” (to curse).

schnor

This nifty verb describes the sly requesting something for free.

Example: Literary agents often schnor books from publishers because they want to read them but don’t want to pay for them. Synonym: to wheedle (let’s bring that verb back into use!)

phonometrographer

Someone who measures sound, as a poet or a song writer does intuitively, in her/his mind.

To goon

To masterbate addictively, obsessively, and with no control over yourself. A person who goons is a gooner. Reddit is filled with gooners who spend long hours daily, gooning to porn and getting nothing else done.

I met a guy at the gym, but I heard he likes to goon so I’m not wasting time on him.

dog that caught the car

This is a person who has achieved his/her goal but doesn’t know what to do next.

After Jim Morrison had tired of being a rockstar, he was like the proverbial dog that caught the car: He didn’t know what to do next.
