Logan Paul

Vaas didn't die in Far Cry 3. He actually survived being stabbed multiple times by Brody. After that, he somehow managed to sneak into Brody's ship, and went to America. He quickly got the hell out of there, had some plastic surgeries, dyed his hair yellow, and finally changed his name into Logan Paul.

(he probably killed the real Logan Paul)
