Serenate

To marinate something, and then sauté it.

Bob: What's for dinner Suzan?
Suzan: I was thinking of Serenating a steak.
Bob: Sounds delicious!

Bob: Hey Paul, what did you do tonight?
Paul: I just serenated the fuck out of Suzan.
Bob: Hey that's my wife!
Paul: Well I just did you a favor then.
