a term for a public loo that isn't regularly cleaned - lets just say it wouldn't win 'best loo of the year'...

I was with my mates and really needed to piss. I saw the 'men's' sign and went inside. It was like a public piss hole. There was crap everywhere and a guy was just pissing in a corner, it was rank
