Normally used in a "positive" way but always used to describe the minuscule accomplishments in one's life. Popularized by terrible "musicians" it is now used by almost everyone between the age groups of 14-21 to describe anything and everything they do because it makes them feel better about themselves.

John: Hey man I just ate a sandwich for lunch!
DeSean: Swag.
Jeremy: DeSean, you're an idiot.....
