The most magnificent delicious creation that is only possible a few times a century. First there was the McDouble, then there was the McChicken, together they mated to create the McGangbang. Then came the glory of McRib, and yesterday, November 4, 2010, Ian created the McFuck.

Take 1 McRib, and 1 McChicken and combine them, then bask in the unholy glory.

Once you can enough experience points, you may evolve to the McDouble-Penetration. Two McChickens with a McRib in the center.
