Muhammad

Derived from the ancient semitic root h-m-d, with the original image of someone standing on a platform demonstrating vital skills. it signifies emulation. Muhammad literally means “worthy of emulation.” The first to receive such a name was the prophet of Islam in 570 CE.

Derived from the root word J-B-R meaning, “mending fractures.” Jebara means “healing brokenness.”

Jebara is an ancient royal family descended from the Ghassanid kings who ruled from Al-Jabiyah near the Golan Heights. Famous Jebaras include king Al-Harith IV and Col. James Jabara. Kansas has an airport named Jabara airport.

Razaan

Derived from the Semitic root R-Z-N, meaning “heavy” or “penetrating” and used to convey “high intelligence” and “wise reasoning.” The english word “Reason” is derived from Razaan. A girl’s name, it first given as an epithet by Muhammad for his wife ‘Aisha.

Razaan is a very intelligent and witty woman.
