Penguin

It is a word for a person who is lazy and incompetent. And even though they have potential to be better, they settle for mediocrity.

The word penguin is used because they cant “FLY” and aren’t inspiring like a hawk or an eagle.

All he does is eat and play video games all day—he is such a penguin
