A rule that states the following: A person's caps-lock key can not be permanently turned on during the typing of a sentence, phrase, paragraph, etc., unless they are paying a tribute to Billy Mays.

Person 2: You broke The Mays Accord. Unless that is somehow a tribute to Billy Mays, I suggest you turn your caps-lock key off before Billy rises from the dead and slaps you straight back to Africa.
