A female who’s known around town because of what she’s done sexually.A female who is constantly getting STD’s and is spreading them. A female who VOLUNTARILY sells her body. A hoe is NoT someone who has only ONE body. A hoe is NOT someone who is sexually active. Calling a female a hoe for being sexually active is basically calling your mom grandma and every other female in the world a hoe.
