Referring to the large sickly-sweet smelling clouds of fake smoke emitted by people who vape.

Did you go to the party last night? Yeah it was kind of lame . People were chuckin' clouds in the house all night leaving all the rooms coated in an odorless haze. Felt like a crack house.
