An irrational fear and/or hatred of the Metric system.
Nothing sets off someone's metricophobia by hearing their absurd comparisons of weight, height, volume, etc. with "Yeah, but what is that in metric?"
The opposite of horrorshow. Something excessively bad, undesirable, or destructive to all those involved. Inspired by the Nadsat vocabulary made famous by A Clockwork Orange.
