(n.) A dangling object that can be attached to your cell phone for simply decorative purposes. Is simply a chain or string attached to a charm or other object.

Jordan: "Ah, hold on someone just texted me."
Scott: "Hey what's that hanging off the top of your cell?"
Jordan: "Wha-oh this? It's just a ghetto my friend got me. It just kind've sits there and swings..."
