In U.S. prisons fuckboy is an insult to ones manhood implying that within the prison the insulted is a bottom for homosexuals. The role can be consensual or involuntary, and is the condition that follows being turnt-out. It is often used in the jails by veterans of prison to scare young men who have not yet been sentenced.

The first time i heard this term used was during a 6 month jail sentence from October 2012 - April 2013. I think it predates any other recognized etymologies.
