A word used by retards who have no idea how to say "okay" One day, in a grade 8 igcse class during 2019 in the Penang school "Han Chiang High School" some kids were attempting to say okay, they just mumbled and say "mogei" instead

Person 1: hey you should learn how to say okay
Person 2: mogei
