A complete burn out, incapable of speaking correctly or completing assigned tasks.

Can also be used playfully among friends when describing someone as a stoner or the feeling of being very high.

"I wouldn't hire him, Tony. He looks like a fried egg."

"That hash I smoked had me feeling like a fried egg."
